Stand Up. Speak Up

Hey y'all, Sarah, the founder of R&R here with a quick message. My brothers and sisters of color, we stand with you. Black lives matter, and we want to do everything we can as business to help further the movement to end racism and create equality in our society. We are arming ourselves with knowledge, historical understanding, empathy, love, and compassion, and will do everything we can from this day forward to push this agenda of antiracism.

So many people hang different prints and artwork in our space. Many of us hang motivational quotes about working hard, not giving up, perseverance, self love, kindness, love, friendship, etc. over our desks, by our mirrors, by our doorway, over our beds, in our offices, and in our classrooms to have a CONSTANT, physical reminder of whatever that quote or message is depicting. So why not have a constant reminder that we as a society must embark on a daily journey, over our entire lifetime, to work hard to not only learn, love, and accept BI POC, but also to actively fight and stand up against those trying to oppress them.

Aside from soul searching, knowledge, action, protest, and using our platform to promote the BLM movement, we want to monetarily contribute as well. Each print will have a different charity attached. For this print, 75% of the sales generated by this print will be donated directly to "Community Bail Funds." The Richmond Community Bail Fund exists to restore the presumption of innocence to defendants so they don't lose their jobs, families, and critical services while also reducing the financial burden on our community of detaining citizens prior to their day in court. "Donating through this secure platform is an easy way to support protestors nationwide. The site equally divides your donation between 38 community bail funds or allows you to allocate a desired amount to each fund."

Thank you so much for your love and support and we hope this serves as a constant reminder for you and loved ones to the importance of fighting for love and equality.
